Falinda Duncan joined Rausch Companies in 2011 and transitioned to the company’s property management division in 2017 as Director. She was promoted to Vice President of Property Management in January 2026 and today leads property management operations for Rosedale, with responsibility for portfolio performance, leasing, customer experience, maintenance operations, and strategic growth initiatives.

With nearly 20 years of experience spanning residential real estate, construction management, and contract administration, Falinda brings a practical, results-focused approach to operational leadership. Throughout her career, she has built and developed high-performing teams, strengthened operational processes, and led complex initiatives from strategy through execution. Her focus on accountability, continuous improvement, and scalable operations supports Rosedale’s continued growth and portfolio performance.
