As Senior Vice President of Technology and People, Mr. Jeremy Stobaugh is responsible for Technology Infrastructure and Software Solutions, as well as Human Resources. Mr. Stobaugh has accumulated over 25 years of technology solution delivery experience, including 12 years of senior leadership experience with J.B. Hunt Transport Services, Inc., a Fortune 500 company. Prior to joining Rausch Companies in 2017, he served in a senior engineering leadership role at J.B. Hunt, where he helped oversee technology solutions for key areas of the business.

Since joining Rausch Companies in 2017, his teams have brought about meaningful improvements in the areas of business intelligence, systems security, employee engagement, employee development, and leadership development.

Mr. Stobaugh holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems Engineering, earned in 2000, and an MBA, earned in 2010, both from the University of Arkansas. He was named to the Northwest Arkansas Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 in 2013 and is a recipient of the University of Arkansas College of Engineering’s Early Career Alumni Award and Distinguished Alumni Award. He has also been recognized by the University of Arkansas for his accomplishments in engineering leadership and professional achievement.

Mr. Stobaugh and his wife of more than 26 years have two adult children and are actively involved in their church.
