As President and COO of Rausch Companies, Josh Carson oversees the company's strategic direction and day-to-day operations across its diverse portfolio. Before joining Rausch, he was a partner at a private practice firm in Fort Smith, Arkansas, advising clients on real estate and construction banking matters, and he co-founded EnergyWorks, an oil and gas exploration company, in 2008, work that earned him a spot on the Tulsa Business Journal's 40 Under 40 list in 2010.
Josh is an honors graduate of the University of Tulsa College of Law and a member of the Washington County and Arkansas State Bar Associations. In 2024, he was appointed by the Mayor of Fayetteville to the City's Housing Crisis Task Force, reflecting his continued commitment to the community his company serves.
