Rick Muravski has spent more than 17 years of his career with Rausch Coleman Homes and The Rausch Companies. In March 2025, he was promoted to Senior Vice President of Multifamily & Property Management. Today, he leads property management operations for Rosedale, overseeing portfolio performance, customer experience, team development, and operational strategy. He also supports the evaluation and execution of multifamily, single-family rental, and build-to-rent development opportunities.

A results-driven leader, Rick brings more than 30 years of experience in residential construction, homebuilding operations, purchasing, estimating, product development, and property management. Throughout his career, he has built high-performing teams, improved operational processes, strengthened cost controls, and helped guide growth across multiple markets. His people-first leadership style, collaborative approach, and commitment to service continue to shape Rosedale’s culture and long-term growth.

Born in Argentina and raised in New Jersey, Rick is fluent in Spanish. Outside the office, he enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, golfing, and grilling, a passion rooted in his Argentine heritage.
