Rick Muravski joined Rausch Coleman Homes in October 2015 and was promoted to Senior Vice President of Multifamily & Property Management in March 2025. Today, he leads property management operations for Rosedale, overseeing customer experience, team performance, and operational strategy across the portfolio.

A results-driven leader, Rick brings nearly 25 years of experience in homebuilding operations, purchasing, and estimating. Throughout his career, he has built high-performing teams and driven continuous improvement across purchasing and operations; a people-first leadership approach and commitment to service that continue to shape Rosedale's culture and growth.

Born in Argentina and raised in New Jersey, Rick is fluent in Spanish. Outside the office, he's focused on family, travel, and golf, along with a passion for grilling rooted in his Argentine heritage.
